Ethernet without Full Duplex? Apparently!

FRS(config-if)#duplex full
This command is not supported for Ethernet0.

Err.... Something tells me this router is having some issues. Yeah.. Who honestly makes an ethernet controller that doesn't support Full Duplex? All I really want is to make the CDP error message (below) go away! Bah!
