My Blog
Went for a meeting with Christoph and Tony, we discussed some important stuff to creating a faster and easier way to deploy changes to the SpawnPoint network, between the cop raids, consumption of pizza and episodes of The Office.
My profile/bio on the site here has been updated.

I'm currently working on planning a script that will allow us to deploy new features and changes globally to the Spawnpoint server network.
Script
Pulls down a directory and all subdirectories over the internet.
Pulls down all files in these directories.
Uses a secure authentication method.
Copies this entire directory to several local locations.
Overwrites files when copying.
List of destination directories to copy varies per server.
Easy to modify destination directory list.
Seperate Second script to pull down a specific file and copy it to multiple directories.
This script uses the same directory list file as the first script.
Only a single destination script file to modify (Both scripts must use this destination directory list file.)
First script executes another script that it pulls down over the net.
Both scripts must be able to be scheduled via Windows Scheduler.
You've reached the first post in this blog. Congratulations. You are either reading from the start to the end, or have back tracked from the very end to this point. In any case, you seem to have alot of spare time on your hands to waste reading this blog which as you might have noticed doesn't contain alot of useful information. I recommend spending your time playing on one of Spawnpoints many servers. If you happen to have already read all the entries, I'm sorry, but no refunds for your wasted time are permitted.
This page seems to be related to the author of this blog. Turn back now if you don't want to be bored to death!
You can find a quick profile on the "About Us" page here on Spawnpoint. (http://www.spawnpoint.com/about_spawnpoint.php)
As you might have noticed, (especially if you are reading this blog, as thats new with this site) the Spawnpoint website recently had an upgrade. It seems to work quite well save for a few glitches, and shows great promise after those bugs are worked out. My biggest complaint would have to be the fact that I have to learn a whole new site again.. jeez. On a good note, the fact that thats my biggest complaint seems to speak really well for the quality of this new site.
